Kenmore Heritage Society – Then and Now

The Kenmore Heritage Society (KHS) was founded in 1998, the same year our area incorporated as a city, and to this day is dedicated to the research, preservation, and celebration of the stories of the people from these surroundings — past, present, and future.

As an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, KHS seeks to foster a spirit of community by building an awareness and appreciation of the Kenmore’s past, while highlighting ongoing efforts that support our mission of being Informative, Inspiring, and Inclusive.

To accomplish this, over the years KHS has sponsored or partnered with others to present events and activities that bring people together, recognize those who have made significant contributions to our community, and promote voices that have been historically suppressed or underrepresented.
